Terms & Conditions —uea8mega Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and uea8mega ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online casino and sports betting services available at https://uea8mega.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

By accessing the uea8mega platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with ourPrivacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and uea8mega.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on uea8mega, all of the following conditions must be met at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. uea8mega strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will request documentary proof of age during the KYC verification process.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online casino and sports betting activities are not prohibited under applicable law.
• You must be the legal owner of, or be expressly authorised to use, any payment method used to fund your Account.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the Platform, nor have had a previous Account closed for fraudulent or prohibited conduct.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of uea8mega, nor an immediate family member of any such person, without prior written consent from uea8mega management.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. All Accounts must be registered and used by the named individual only.

uea8mega reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that decision. Registration does not constitute any guarantee of entitlement to promotional bonuses unless the relevant conditions are satisfied.

All information provided during Account registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account details and must notify uea8mega promptly of any changes to their personal information, including name, address, and contact details.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform. Maintaining multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or different payment methods — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all bonuses, and potential withholding of associated winnings pending investigation.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including their username and password. uea8mega strongly recommends:

• Using a unique, strong password not used on any other platform.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on the Account where available.
• Never sharing Account credentials with any third party.
• Logging out of the Platform when accessing from shared or public devices.

uea8mega will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a User's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our customer support team immediately at [email protected].

All deposits and withdrawals on the uea8mega Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include, but are not limited to: FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: RM30 (or as otherwise stated on the deposit page).
• Deposits are credited to the Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• uea8mega does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 (or as otherwise stated on the withdrawal page).
• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification.
• Standard withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during operational hours.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by the customer support team.
• uea8mega reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceding certain thresholds, which may result in temporary processing delays of up to 5 business days.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

uea8mega offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, time limits, and minimum odds requirements where applicable.

General bonus terms that apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one eligible Account per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be completed in full before any associated winnings can be converted to real-money balance eligible for withdrawal.
• uea8mega reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at its discretion if there is evidence of bonus abuse, system exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositing Users only. Subsequent deposits may be eligible for reload or other promotional bonuses as advertised.
• Bonuses claimed through a referal programme require both the referrer and the referred User to meet the stated eligibility conditions for the bonus to be credited.
• Winings generated from bonus funds will be capped in accordance with the specific bonus terms where a maximum win cap is stated.

All games available on the uea8mega Platform operate according to the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface. By placing a wager, Users confirm they understand and accept the rules of the game being played.

• Random number generators (RNGs) used in slot and table game outcomes are independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-world physical events (cards drawn, wheels spun, dice rolled) and are streamed from licensed studio environments.
• Sports betting results are determined by the relevant governing body's official outcome. In the event of a dispute, uea8mega's records of match results as sourced from approved data providers shall be deemed authoritative.
• Bets placed after the official start time of a sporting event in error by the system may be voided at uea8mega's discretion. In-play (live) bets are accepted only when the relevant in-play market is open.
• uea8mega is not responsible for any disruption to gameplay caused by Internet connectivity issues on the User's end. It is the User's responsibility to ensure a stable connection before placing real-money wagers.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects gameplay or the display of game results, uea8mega reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amount to the User's account balance. No compensation beyond the voided bet amount will be payable in such circumstances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uea8mega Platform. Any User found to be engaging in any of the following activities will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, all bonuses forfeited, and any associated winnings withheld pending investigation:

• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false identity documents, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment methods.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Users.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in lieu of genuine human gameplay.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds to generate artificial winnings.
• Multiple Account Abuse: Operating more than one Account for the purpose of claiming bonuses or circumventing Account restrictions.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward any uea8mega staff member or other Users via any Platform communication channel.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks through a payment provider in bad faith after wagers have been placed with deposited funds.

All content on the uea8mega Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of uea8mega or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include:

• Any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or resell any Platform content.
• Any right to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any Platform software.
• Any right to create derivative works based on Platform content or software.
• Any right to use uea8mega trademarks or logos without prior written permission.

Any unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property may result in Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uea8mega, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winings or gambling losses of any kind.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or third-party failures.
• Data loss, Account access issues, or errors resulting from Internet connectivity failures on the User's end.
• Actions taken by uea8mega in compliance with these Terms, including Account suspensions or the voiding of bets found to have resulted from system errors.
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures outside the direct control of uea8mega.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." uea8mega does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times, though we maintain commercially reasonable standards for uptime and security.

In jurisdictions where certain limitations of liability are not permitted, uea8mega's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Either the User or uea8mega may terminate a User Account subject to the following conditions:

Termination by the User: A User may close their Account at any time by contacting customer support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the User via the withdrawal method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and wagering obligations.

Termination by uea8mega: uea8mega reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account for the following reasons, without prior notice:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• A User being found to be underage or ineligible under the criteria in Section 3.
• A court order, law enforcement directive, or regulatory instruction requiring the closure of the Account.

Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, uea8mega may withold the Account balance pending investigation. In cases of confirmed fraud or illegal activity, the balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from or related to them or the use of the uea8mega Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which uea8mega is licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute between a User and uea8mega, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. uea8mega aims to resolve all User complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable timeframe, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body or regulatory authority as specified underea8mega's applicable licensing terms. uea8mega's decision on matters of game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status shall be final in all cases not subject to an active regulatory review.

uea8mega reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to eligibility requirements, withdrawal policies, or bonus mechanics — registered Users will be notified via email to the address on file and/or through a prominent in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing policy, or formatting updates, may be made without direct user notification, though the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 11.
